Assists with the renovation/remodeling of buildings; repairs plaster and drywall; painting, performs grounds maintenance such as snow removal, sanding, on call responsibilities, and other maintenance tasks as required.\nOur ideal candidate:\nBasic computer skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nMust be able to lift 50lbs.\nEmpathy, enthusiasm, and a passion and dedication for helping others.\nHigh School Diploma or GED required.\nValid driver’s license required, with at least 3 years of driving experience.\nExperience in the following preferred: maintenance, groundskeeping, painting, repairs, carpentry, electrical, etc.\nEmployees at Aspire enjoy working with a collaborative and dedicated team that values a culture of belonging and care.
