AI Application Development & Business Process Automation\nDesign, develop, implement and maintain AI-powered applications to automate and improve business processes across various departments.\n\nAnalyse existing workflows, identify operational challenges and translate business requirements into technical solutions.\n\nDevelop and enhance AI-assisted product sourcing, quotation generation, sales order processing and document management functions.\n\nDesign and implement business logic for product identification, data matching and integration with existing ERP systems.\n\nConduct research on suitable AI technologies, tools and automation solutions to support business requirements.\n\nEvaluate application performance, identify opportunities for improvement and implement enhancements to improve accuracy, efficiency and user experience.\n\n2. AI Solutions & Business Process AutomationDesign, develop and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency and streamline business processes across departments.\n\nAnalyse existing workflows, identify opportunities for automation and translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.\n\nDevelop and enhance AI-powered applications for data processing, document management, workflow automation and enterprise system integration.\n\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure the accuracy, reliability and effectiveness of developed solutions.\n\nConduct system testing, troubleshoot technical issues and implement improvements to optimise application performance and user experience.\n\nProvide user demonstrations, training and ongoing technical support to facilitate the successful adoption of AI applications.\n\nContinuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to improve business efficiency through innovation and digital transformation.\n\n3. ERP Integration & System Implementation\nSupport the software implementation, migration and optimisation, including cloud migration initiatives.\n\nCoordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are completed according to agreed timelines.\n\nAssist in system configuration, user access management, approval workflows and software licence administration.\n\nSupport data migration, system integration and data integrity verification.\n\nCoordinate UAT across various departments and other relevant departments.\n\nAssist in planning system downtime, user briefings, training and go-live activities.\n\nTroubleshoot system issues, coordinate vendor support and implement improvements to ensure system stability and operational continuity.\n\n4. Project Coordination & Continuous Improvement\nWork closely with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements, establish project priorities and develop implementation plans.\n\nCoordinate with external vendors on project scope, technical requirements, implementation schedules and support arrangements.\n\nMonitor project progress, identify potential risks and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders.\n\nPrepare and maintain technical documentation, user guides, system workflows and project records.\n\nProvide ongoing technical support, resolve application issues and implement system enhancements.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve business efficiency through AI, automation and digital solutions.\n\nRequirements\nQualifications & Experience\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science or a related discipline.\n\nPreferably 2–3 years of relevant experience in AI application development, software engineering, business process automation or enterprise system integration.\n\nProficiency in Python and experience developing software applications or automation solutions.\n\nKnowledge of AI technologies, machine learning concepts, large language models (LLMs) and their practical applications in business environments.\n\nExperience with API integration, database management and data processing.\n\nUnderstanding of software development methodologies, system testing, debugging and application deployment.\n\nExperience in ERP systems, business process automation or enterprise application integration would be an advantage.\n\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including system configuration, data migration or integration, would be an advantage.\n\nExperience in developing AI-powered business applications, document processing solutions or workflow automation would be an advantage.\n\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong analytical, problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.\n\nAbility to understand business requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.\n\nGood organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nProactive, resourceful and willing to explore new technologies and approaches to improve business processes.\n\nAbility to work independently and contribute effectively
