AI Application Development & Automation\nAssist in developing and testing AI-powered applications to improve business processes across various departments.\n\nSupport the identification of repetitive tasks and opportunities for AI-driven automation.\n\nAssist in developing AI solutions for product sourcing, quotation generation, sales order processing and document management.\n\nConduct research on AI tools, large language models (LLMs) and automation technologies relevant to business applications.\n\nAssist in testing, debugging and improving AI applications to enhance accuracy, reliability and user experience.\n\n2. AI Solutions & Business Process Improvement\nWork with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and identify opportunities for AI adoption.\n\nAssist in developing AI-assisted tools for data processing, information retrieval and workflow automation.\n\nSupport the integration of AI tools with existing business applications and systems.\n\nConduct functional testing and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT).\n\nPrepare simple demonstrations, user guides and documentation to support the adoption of AI solutions.\n\nKeep up to date with emerging AI technologies and explore their potential applications in the Company's operations.\n\n3. ERP Integration & System Support\nAssist with software implementation, system integration and optimisation projects.\n\nSupport data preparation, data migration checks and data integrity verification.\n\nAssist in testing integrations between AI applications and existing business systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.\n\nHelp document system workflows, technical requirements and testing results.\n\nWork with internal IT personnel and external vendors to investigate technical issues and support system improvements.\n\n4. Project Coordination & Documentation\nAssist in coordinating AI and digital transformation projects, including tracking tasks and project progress.\n\nGather and organise information from relevant departments to support solution development.\n\nPrepare and maintain technical documentation, user guides and project records.\n\nSupport the testing, deployment and ongoing improvement of AI applications.\n\nUndertake other relevant duties and project assignments as required.\n\nQualifications & Experience\nCurrently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science or a related discipline.\n\nBasic knowledge of Python or another programming language.\n\nFamiliarity with AI technologies, machine learning concepts or large language models (LLMs) would be an advantage.\n\nBasic understanding of APIs, databases, data processing or software development would be an advantage.\n\nExposure to automation tools, AI application development or ERP systems through coursework, personal projects or previous internships would be beneficial.\n\nNo prior full-time working experience is required.\n\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong interest in AI, software development and practical business applications of technology.\n\nAnalytical and problem-solving mindset, with a willingness to learn and experiment with new tools.\n\nGood attention to detail, particularly in testing applications and checking data accuracy.\n\nAble to follow instructions, complete assigned tasks and document work clearly.\n\nGood communication and collaboration skills when working with technical and non-technical colleagues.\n\nResponsible, organised and willing to learn in a hands-on business
