Identify Product and Market Opportunities\nResearch industrial products, suppliers, market trends and customer needs to identify potential business opportunities.\n\nEvaluate new products and improvements to our existing portfolio.\n\nAssess market demand, competitor offerings and commercial feasibility.\n\n2. Evaluate Products and Develop Proposals\nAssess product specifications, applications, supplier options and suitability for customer requirements.\n\nPrepare proposals covering product benefits, target markets, sourcing options, estimated costs, pricing and potential margins.\n\nPresent findings and recommendations to management for consideration.\n\n3. Develop Customer Technical Solutions\nWork with Sales to understand customer challenges and recommend suitable products or product combinations.\n\nResearch technical requirements and prepare product comparisons, technical proposals and recommendations.\n\nParticipate in customer discussions and site visits where technical input is needed.\n\n4. Lead Approved Product Initiatives\nCoordinate with Procurement, Sales, Operations, suppliers and other relevant stakeholders to introduce approved products or solutions.\n\nSupport product launches, internal product briefings and sales materials.\n\nFollow up on implementation progress, customer feedback and commercial performance.\n\n5. Improve the Existing Product Portfolio\nReview product relevance, competitiveness and performance.\n\nIdentify gaps, underperforming products and opportunities to improve product selection, pricing or margins.\n\nRecommend suitable additions, replacements or discontinuation of products.\n\nWhat We Are Looking ForDiploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or a related discipline.\n\nAt least 3 years of relevant experience in technical sales, industrial products, product management, product development, engineering solutions or a related field.\n\nAbility to research products, understand technical specifications and evaluate commercial opportunities.\n\nGood analytical skills, including the ability to assess costs, pricing and profit margins.\n\nStrong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to work with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.\n\nAble to work independently, organise multiple projects and follow through on agreed actions.\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office, & other ERP Software.\n\nExperience in industrial tools, hardware, equipment, MRO products, engineering supplies, distribution or technical solution sales will be an advantage.\nWe welcome candidates who bring a combination of technical knowledge, commercial thinking and practical problem-solving skills.
