You’ll play a key role in distributing company emails, updating SharePoint sites, and tracking communication metrics. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, creative, and eager to make an impact in a fast paced environment.RESPONSIBILITIES:\nDistribute emails to new employees weekly\nAssist in the creation of our weekly company-wide email\nTrack and report on weekly email statistics\nManage completion dates on a SharePoint page tracker\nCollaborate with various departments to create and update SharePoint content\nMonitor and report SharePoint statistics weekly\nWrite and review news posts for our Regional SharePoint site and department specific sites as needed\nCreate engaging and informative graphics to display on company TVs \nAssist with other internal communications or HR initiatives as needed\nEDUCATION:\nMust currently be working towards a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Business, or a related field \nEXPERIENCE:\nPrevious internships or work experience in communications, marketing, or a related role is preferred \nExperience with internal communication platforms and tools is a plus \nSKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:\nRequired Skills:\nStrong attention to detail and consistency in writing style \nExcellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines \nCreative problem solving skills and innovative thinking \nAbility to develop innovative content to present information in an engaging way \nCapability to track and analyze communication metrics and assess the effectiveness of communication strategies to make data driven improvements \nStrong collaboration abilities to work with various departments and effective at building relationships to understand stakeholder needs \nPreferred Skills:\nProficiency with Canva for design and content creation \nFamiliarity with Microsoft 365 products including Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
