The Solutions Architect is responsible for delivering the technical win for client accounts. You will handle the technical post-sales relationship, present product fit, propose technical architectures, demonstrate the product, anticipate concerns, and offer creative technical solutions to Alloy clients.\nAlloy operates in a hybrid-work environment. We look to foster collaboration and community by having our employees onsite three days a week.\nWhat you'll be doing\nAs a Senior Solutions Architect, you'll:\nAct as the technical lead on multiple client implementations and larger client project engagements, working closely with Alloy Implementations Managers\nConduct technical and architectural overviews of client needs to propose Alloy product solutions to deliver on the client’s business goals\nAct as an expert advisor on the data vendors Alloy integrates with\nHelp to integrate Alloy's API into an app in code\nIndependently run end to end testing to ensure a successful client go live\nBe a part of a client production readiness and support production launches (these occasionally occur outside of 9a-5p hours)\nServe as a client advocate by advocating for the evolution of Alloy’s products and services and driving client adoption of new capabilities \nSupport the development of technical documentation and FAQs to serve client needs\nWho we’re looking for\nYou are both highly technical and a skilled relationship builder. You are comfortable in front of a variety of audiences, from explaining Alloy’s best practices to a bank’s compliance team to mapping an API flow on a whiteboard with a Fintech product and Engineering team. Alloy’s post-sales process is highly consultative and requires our team to be flexible, creative, and empathetic.\n4+ years experience implementing and supporting complex technical products with a strong desire to work in a post-sales, client-facing role\nHands-on, passionate and creative problem solver\nBrings judgement to client discussions, focused on leading clients to successful outcomes aligned with their long term business goals\nExcellent communicator and presenter able to gain diverse audience confidence and buy-in\nAbility to build a deep understanding of a client's needs and guide them to a technical solution\nProven success in problem-solving with and for enterprises with a variety of requirements and technical ability levels\nExperience working with REST APIs\nPrevious software development experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred:backend (Node.js, Python)\nweb development (Javascript, HTML/CSS, frontend frameworks - React)\n\nAble to travel occasionally (approximately once per quarter) for client on-sites.\nPrevious experience at a Fintech Startup or in the KYC/Compliance space is a huge plus!\nWe're a lean team, so your impact will be felt immediately, and opportunities will grow as the company scales up. Below is the anticipated starting base compensation range for this role; however, pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, in-demand skills, relevant experience, and/or geography.
