And we’re growing this Uncommon Crew.\nAbout the Role:\nAlloy is seeking a curious, thoughtful UX/UI Designer with 1-3 years of experience to join our team full-time. Our ideal candidate is passionate about understanding people and turning what they learn into intuitive, beautiful digital experiences. They bring strong UX fundamentals, an eye for polished UI, and an eagerness to grow through collaboration and feedback.\nYou’ll work primarily on websites and e-commerce experiences, with opportunities to explore web applications, mobile apps, and other digital experiences as client needs evolve. From research and user flows to wireframes, prototypes, and final interface designs, you’ll help connect user needs with business goals.\nYou’ll execute within an established design direction and own smaller projects with guidance from experienced teammates. You’ll also conduct research and usability testing with support and oversight, translate findings into design improvements, and share the thinking behind your work.
