The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, technical project delivery, sprint management, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on continuous improvement and predictable outcomes.\n\nThe role requires someone who can work closely with engineering teams and Product Owners, improve delivery workflows, manage dependencies, and foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous learning.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring meetings are purposeful and outcome-oriented.\n\n- Support engineering teams in following Agile principles and practices across Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks, where applicable.\n\n- Identify, track, and remove impediments that affect sprint progress, team productivity, and delivery timelines.\n\n- Protect the team from unnecessary external disruptions and help maintain focus on sprint commitments.\n\n- Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize backlogs, ensuring user stories have clear requirements and acceptance criteria.\n\n- Monitor sprint progress, team velocity, burndown and burnup charts, and other Agile metrics to identify risks and improve delivery predictability.\n\n- Track dependencies, risks, and blockers across teams and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.\n\n- Use tools such as Jira and Confluence to manage sprint activities, maintain documentation, and provide transparent delivery updates.\n\n- Encourage effective communication and collaboration between developers, Product Owners, QA teams, and business stakeholders.\n\n- Analyze retrospective feedback and delivery metrics to identify process gaps and implement continuous improvements.\n\n- Promote self-organization, accountability, team ownership, and sustainable working practices to prevent burnout.\n\n- Support teams in improving estimation, sprint planning, backlog management, and overall delivery efficiency.\n\n- Communicate sprint status, risks, dependencies, and delivery progress to relevant stakeholders.\n\nRequired Skills and Qualifications :\n\n- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Technical Scrum Master, or in a similar Agile delivery role.\n\n- Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum practices, and Kanban methodologies.\n\n- Familiarity with SAFe and experience working in scaled Agile environments, where applicable.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for sprint tracking, backlog management, and documentation.\n\n- Understanding of Agile metrics, including team velocity, burndown charts, burnup charts, and sprint performance.\n\n- Experience identifying and resolving impediments, managing dependencies, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.\n\n- Ability to work closely with engineering teams and understand software development workflows.\n\n- Strong facilitation, communication, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder-management skills.\n\n- A continuous-improvement mindset with the ability to use data and team feedback to improve delivery processes.\n\n- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nPreferred Skills :\n\n- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Slack, Miro, and Loom.\n\n- Experience supporting distributed or hybrid engineering teams.\n\n- Relevant Agile or Scrum certification, such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe certification.\n\nWork Location : Hyderabad\n\nWork Mode : Hybrid\n\nShift : 2:00 PM -
