Analyst will also be responsible for addressing ad-hoc requests from Investment teams and other internal partners and supporting ongoing GIPS verification.\nWe currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 4 days per week.\nLocation(s): Milwaukee, WI\nResponsibilities\nReview monthly composite performance calculations for completion and accuracy\nReconcile performance between multiple platforms\nCollaborate effectively with other teams on special strategic initiatives\nProactively identify areas to increase efficiency\nEnhance the controls of the audit review process\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field\n3+ Years of performance analysis for investment performance\nExperience with Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS®)\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Apps\nGood verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills\nEffective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills\nAbility to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment\nAbility to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important\nAbility to work at a computer and use standard business software for extended periods during the workday.\nCommunicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and business partners in person and electronically as needed.\nEngage in regular in-person interaction and collaboration with team members and other stakeholders.\nWork effectively in a professional office environment with ongoing collaboration, activity, and shifting priorities.\nMaintain productivity and focus while balancing multiple tasks and interruptions common in an in-person business setting.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Archer/Confluence StatPro or Advent/APX preferred\nExperience with data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms\nExperience with market systems such as: FactSet, Bloomberg, Morningstar\nExperience with automated financial systems such as: Confluence StatPro, Archer, Confluence Unity, Advent APX\nExperience with Microsoft Copilot or other AI tools is a plus\nCIPM Preferred\n Please note: This position does not offer sponsorship for employment visas.
