You will work with large datasets to uncover insights, identify opportunities, and support the development of reporting and analytics solutions that improve operational performance.\nYou’ll play a key role in a new and evolving environment, contributing to the growth of Allstate’s direct sales channel. By combining strong analytical thinking with technical skills, you will help ensure data is accurate, accessible, and actionable supporting both day-to-day business needs and longer-term strategic objectives.\nAccountabilities:\nAnalyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement and growth \nAggregate, validate, and prepare data to ensure accuracy and reliability of reporting and insights \nDevelop and maintain reports and dashboards to support operational and business decision-making \nPartner with stakeholders to gather and document data and reporting requirements \nSupport user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs and quality standards \nIdentify and resolve data issues, system discrepancies, and reporting challenges \nUncover actionable insights and communicate findings to support business improvements \nContribute to the development of metrics and ensure alignment across BI solutions \nSupport application and reporting projects as a data subject matter expert \nQualifications:\nMust-have expertise in Microsoft Fabric ETL Pipelines, SQL, Power BI visualization, Excel, Microsoft 365, and marketing analytics.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate insights \nDemonstrated experience working with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, python and power automate.\nProficiency in Excel and working with large datasets \nStrong attention to detail, with the ability to identify data quality issues and inconsistencies \nAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment \nEffective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and support requirements gathering \nCuriosity and a proactive mindset, with a desire to explore data and uncover opportunities \nAllstate Canada Group has policies and practices that provide workplace accommodations.
