The ideal candidate will have strong experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-scale data warehouse solutions, modern cloud-based data platforms, and business intelligence environments.This role requires expertise in data warehousing, dimensional modeling, ETL/ELT development, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and modern data engineering practices. The successful candidate must be a self-starter who can work independently while also collaborating effectively with business stakeholders, analysts, architects, and fellow engineers.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise data warehouse solutions.\nBuild, optimize, and support ETL/ELT pipelines using modern data integration tools and frameworks.\nDevelop and maintain data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration processes in Microsoft Fabric.\nCreate and manage Fabric Data Engineering workloads including:Data Pipelines\nDataflows Gen2\nNotebooks\nLakehouses\nWarehouses\n\nDesign and implement robust dimensional models (Star and Snowflake Schemas) to support reporting and analytics.\nDevelop complex T-SQL code including stored procedures, views, functions, and performance optimization.\nBuild and maintain Power BI semantic models, reports, dashboards, and DAX measures.\nDevelop data engineering solutions using Python and PySpark for large-scale data processing.\nMonitor data quality, troubleshoot issues, and implement data governance best practices.\nCollaborate with business users and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions.\nParticipate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design discussions.\nSupport operational activities including deployment, monitoring, performance tuning, and production support.\nRequired Qualifications\nTechnical Skills\n5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, or Business Intelligence.\nExtensive experience with:SQL Server\nT-SQL Development\nSSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)\nEnterprise Data Warehousing\nDimensional Modeling\n\nStrong experience designing:Star Schemas\nSnowflake Schemas\nFact and Dimension Tables\nSlowly Changing Dimensions (SCD)\n\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric:Data Factory\nData Pipelines\nDataflows Gen2\nNotebooks\nLakehouses\nData Warehouses\nOneLake\n\nStrong experience using:Python\nPySpark\nSpark-based Data Processing\n\nAdvanced Power BI skills:Semantic Models\nDataset Design\nDAX Development\nDashboard Development\nPerformance Optimization\n\nExperience working with:Data Integration\nETL/ELT Frameworks\nData Quality Processes \nData Governance Practices\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nMicrosoft Fabric Certifications.\nAzure Data Engineering experience.\nExperience implementing metadata-driven ingestion frameworks.\nExperience building audit, logging, and monitoring solutions.\nKnowledge of CI/CD processes and DevOps practices.\nExperience supporting large-scale enterprise analytics platforms.\nExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.\nSoft Skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong documentation and organizational skills.\nTeam-oriented mindset with a willingness to mentor and share knowledge.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nSkills\nBusiness Intelligence (BI) Solutions, Business Intelligence Tools, Database Reporting, Data Warehousing (DW), SQL Server BIJoining our team isn’t just a job - it’s an opportunity.
