This role manages defined transfer & conversion initiatives from planning through stabilization, ensuring accurate execution, policy conversion, and minimal disruption. The role operates within established guidelines and does not own underwriting, pricing, or long-term portfolio profitability.Key Responsibilities\nBook Transfer & Conversion Execution\nManage and executes assigned agency book transfer and conversion initiatives\n\nExecute conversion timelines and sequencing for assigned books\n\nSupports and executes conversion of transferred quotes into bound policies\n\nAgent Partnership & Change Management\nAct as a primary point of contact for agencies during assigned conversions\n\nProvide guidance on conversion steps, workflows, and documentation\n\nEscalate issues or risks as needed\n\nRetention & Portfolio Optimization\nMonitor conversion progress and quote-to-policy outcomes\n\nSupport retention efforts during carrier transitions\n\nIdentify conversion challenges and recommend corrective actions\n\nCross-Functional Coordination\nPartner with Sales, Underwriting, Operations, and Technology teams\n\nSupport data migration, policy issuance, and renewal timing activities\n\nData, Reporting & Risk Oversight\nTrack conversion metrics for assigned initiatives\n\nMaintain accurate reporting and provide status updates\n\nFlag risks or performance issues\n\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience working with independent agencies or agency operations\n\nWorking knowledge of P&C insurance products\n\nAbility to sell and overcome objections\n\nStrong organizational and communication skills\n\nPrior book transfer and conversion experience desired\n\nEducation\n4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)\nExperience\n3 or more years of experience (Preferred)\nSupervisory Responsibilities\nThis job does not have supervisory duties.\nEducation & Experience (in lieu)\nIn lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.\nSkills\nAgency Collaboration, Detail-Oriented, Insurance Product Knowledge, Strategic Collaboration, Time ManagementCompensation\nCompensation: $60,000 - $80,000 depending on experience and qualificationsJoining our team isn’t just a job - it’s an opportunity.
