review the GCs set of plans to ensure any changes in the plans are communicated to the PM and installers. \nResponsible for getting the material back to the warehouse that won’t be used in the field. \nComplete the Extra Work Ticket timely, accurately, and in a detailed manner. \nEvaluate installer work and provide them with preemptive punch list items that they need to correct prior to GC walkthrough. \nThe goal is to achieve no punch closeouts \nConduct Toolbox Talks \nCommunicate safety needs \nInspect PPE \nMonitor and enforce PPE rules \nAttend weekly/daily foreman meetings \nQuality Control \nReview project specifications and installation instructions to ensure the performance quality of the work is achieved.\nMonitor and enforce OSHA safety rules \nConduct final jobsite walkthroughs \nSchedule labor to complete punch list items \nSchedule installers to complete punch list items they were responsible for. \nProvide installers with punch list \nEnsure all repair work that is chargeable is tracked appropriately via EWT or communicated to PM for change order creation \nCloseout punch list with GC/customer \nIf tracked through GC/customer software, make sure PL items are marked complete in the software \nRequirements\nHigh school diploma or GED.\nBachelor’s degree in an industry-specific role is advantageous.\nProven experience in supervising field operations.\nProficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).\nThe ability to work in different environmental conditions.\nStrong leadership and communication skills.\nExcellent customer service skills.\nSound knowledge of contract terms and
