React, Angular, or Vue.js).\n\n- Write and optimize SQL queries for data access, reporting, and performance tuning.\n\n- Refactor legacy code and implement best practices for maintainability and performance.\n\n- Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines and delivery practices.\n\n- Share knowledge and contribute to the overall technical growth of the team.\n\n- Participate in product design discussions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex engineering problems.\n\n- Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to non-technical audiences.\n\n- Drive code quality through unit testing, code reviews, engineering standards, and maintainable design practices.\n\n- Take accountability for production support by investigating and resolving incidents, leading root cause analysis, implementing corrective actions, and reducing repeat issues.\n\n- Proactively monitor application health, performance, and reliability using tools such as Datadog or equivalent.\n\nEssential Skills :\n\n- Minimum 3 years of experience in full-stack development using Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, and React.js.\n\n- Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve coding efficiency, code quality, and engineering productivity using GitHub Copilot or equivalent.\n\n- Strong experience with relational database systems such as SQL Server and Oracle.\n\n- Experience with CI/CD practices and tools such as Git, Jenkins, SonarQube, and Compliance Buddy or equivalent.\n\n- Experience with production support, incident management, API health monitoring, and observability tools such as Datadog or equivalent.\n\nDesirable Skills :\n\n- Python development experience with generative AI frameworks and APIs, vector databases, prompt engineering, RAG patterns, and LLM integration.\n\n- Experience with API management and API testing tools such as Apigee and Postman or equivalent.\n\n- Exposure to spec-driven development
