To meet our customers' needs, your work week will be Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.*Note: work hours depend on the needs of the department.Accountabilities:\nReview insurance policy and coverages\nInvestigate complex automobile claims (i.e.: impaired, unlisted operator or non-drivable) and determine coverage and liability\nSettle claims in accordance with organization’s policies and practices.\nRequired to collaborate with the customer, service suppliers (i.e. towing, repair shops), other insurance companies and law enforcement\nQualifications:\nMinimum high school education or equivalent\n3 - 5 years of customer service experience\nPrevious auto adjuster experience preferred\nKnowledge in understanding and interpreting policies\nCommitment to providing outstanding customer service\nProficient keyboard skills and computer literacy\nBonus Qualifications:\nEnrolled in (or willing to enroll in) CIP designation\nFluency in other languages, is a strong asset\nSkills\nAuto Insurance, Auto Insurance Claims, Customer Service, Damage Assessment, Documentations, Estimatics, Fraud Investigations, Insurance, Problem Solving, Time ManagementCompensation\nExpected compensation for this role ranges from $ 47,800.00 - 73,000.00 annually.
