This ecosystem aims to provide an absolute frictionless experience for our user community.As a Digital Product Manager in the ACE organization, you'll be contributing towards defining, delivering, and managing the lifecycle of one or more products ensuring they meet the needs of the customers and align with the company’s strategic goals. Ideal candidates are strategic thinkers with strong technical and communication skills, capable of driving product success in a fast-paced environment.\nKey Responsibilities (All Levels)\nProduct Strategy and Vision: Develop and communicate the vision and strategy for digital product/s. \nMarket Research: Conduct market and user research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. \nProduct Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new digital products. \nRoadmap Management: Create and continuously maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs. \nOngoing Management: Work with the Digital Product team to write & groom stories, prioritize, and manage the backlog. \nPerformance Monitoring: Definite product performance metrics & monitor product performance using analytics tools and make data-driven decisions. \nStakeholder Communication: Communicate product progress and updates to internal stakeholders and external partners. \nBudget Management: Manage product budgets and resources efficiently. \nCustomer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to continually improve the product. \nQualifications (All Levels)\nExperience with Agile methodologies and product management tooling \nTechnical Skills: Understanding of development processes, human centered design, UX/UI design, and digital marketing \nAnalytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to inform product decisions. \nCommunication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. \nLeadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams. \nProblem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in finding solutions. \nExperience in networking, identity management solutions, infrastructure as code, automation, data analytics, or cloud solutions preferred. \nProduct experience in End User, Network, Compute, or Platform as a Service preferred. \nAdditional Responsibilities & Qualifications (Sr. Cons II)\nOperates as a product manager with minimal guidance; can act as a practitioner in low complexity products \nConducts appropriate product ceremonies \nInfluences product direction, backlog, & roadmap \n3+ years of product management experience. \nAdditional Responsibilities & Qualifications (Lead)\nOperates and drive the product strategy & roadmap independently \nDemonstrates refined & more advanced product management skills \nInfluences across product management peers within the product family, as well as across the product managing engineer & platform consultant \n5+ years of product management experience \nAdditional Responsibilities & Qualifications (Expert)\nWill lead a product of significant scope & complexity \nInfluences across product management peers across the ACE organization, as well as influencing the engineering & architecture trades as well \nDrives optimization of product ceremonies for maximum efficiency of the product team \nOperates as a ‘coach’ within our organization partnering & mentoring early-in-trade product management peers across the ACE and broader technology organization; a known expert in the organization \n7+ years of product management experience. \nSkills\nBusiness Case Analyses, Cross-Functional Teamwork, Internal Stakeholders, Networking, Product Development, Product Direction, Product Management, Product Roadmap, Product Roadmapping, Product Strategies, Systems Thinking, User Experience (UX)Compensation\nCompensation offered for this role is 110,000.00 - 181,025.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.\nJoining our team isn’t just a job - it’s an opportunity.
