We deliver high-quality bedside diagnostics to patients in skilled nursing facilities, rehab centers, and private residences.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead and oversee daily territory operations across all modalities, including X-ray, ultrasound, cardiac, and nursing.\nSupervise, support, and motivate staff through in-person leadership, meetings, and ongoing communication.\nEnsure proper staffing levels by recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, training, and retaining qualified team members.\nMonitor productivity, schedules, timekeeping, equipment, and vehicles to maintain efficient and compliant operations.\nServe as a liaison between field staff, clients, and executive leadership while addressing and resolving operational or service issues.\nStep in clinically when needed to maintain coverage, service quality, and patient care standards.\nWhat You Bring\nEducation & credentials: Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
