Чем Вам предстоит заниматься:

Обработка обращений пользователей
Оказание поддержки пользователям по ИТ-сервисам
Регистрация, классификация и приоритизация обращений в ITSM
Решение типовых инцидентов и запросов
Эскалация сложных обращений на другую линию поддержки
Контроль сроков выполнения заявок
Участие в поддержании и актуализации базы знаний
Участие в работах тестировании и сопровождению ITSM

Ключевые компетенции:

Основы работы пользовательских ОС и офисного ПО
Принципы функционирования компьютерной техники, сетей и периферийного оборудования
Деловое общение и взаимодействие с пользователями
Основы работы Service Desk и процессов первой линии поддержки
