Join us and be part of a team that is Making the Material Difference for our customers, our communities, and one another.\nPosition Summary\n Allura USA is seeking a Plant Controller to support our fiber cement siding plant in Roaring River, North Carolina. We prefer a candidate based near the plant, but are also open to someone based in ourHouston, Texas , corporate office. A Houston-based employee will travel to the Roaring River plant at least 25% of the time. Reporting to the CFO, this role leads plant accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and controls, and partners with plant and company leadership to guide decisions and improve performance.\nWhat You Will Do\nOversee plant accounting, financial reporting, forecasts, budgets, and analysis; explain results, trends, and risks to leadership.\nMaintain internal controls, accounting procedures, and compliance with company standards across plant transactions and processes.\nDevelop profit and loss measures and key performance indicators to support operational and financial decisions.\nPartner with plant leadership on business planning, process improvements, and capital expenditure requests and controls.\nPrepare financial statements and supporting schedules, and provide information for internal and external audits at the Roaring River facility.\nSupport special projects and help resolve financial or payment issues as needed.\nWhat You Will Bring\nBachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business administration.\nMinimum of five years of accounting or related experience in a manufacturing environment.\nSound knowledge of accounting and business principles, financial management, financial controls, reporting, and analysis.\nExperience with inventory accounting, work in process (WIP), and fixed asset management.\nExperience with budgeting and forecasting.\nProficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, time management, and written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work safely in a plant environment and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).\nIf based in Houston, ability to travel to the Roaring River plant at least 25% of the time.\nWhat We Offer\nAllura offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes:\nMedical plans with PPO and high-deductible plan options\nDental and vision coverage\nLife insurance\nShort-term and long-term disability coverage\n401(k) plan with company matching contributions\nCompetitive paid vacation and company holidays\nJoin Our Team\nIf you are ready to bring your experience to an organization serving the evolving construction and building-materials industry, we encourage you to apply and build your future with Allura.\nEqual Employment Opportunity\nAllura is an equal employment opportunity employer.
