The ideal candidate will play a critical role in delivering gap analysis, developing and implementing remediation plans, and supporting process documentation and incident response strategies. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication and documentation skills.\nResponsibilities:\nDeliver CMMC readiness services, including:\nGap analysis\n\nProcess remediation\n\nSecurity documentation\n\nIncident response planning and testing\n\nCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure understanding and adoption of CMMC requirements\n\nContribute to development of policies, procedures, and system security plans (SSPs)\n\nSupport ongoing security assessments and readiness tracking\n\nCommunicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders\n\n(Optional) Provide project management leadership if PMP-certified\n\nQualifications:\nActive Certified CMMC Professional (CCP) certification\n\n3-5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, compliance, or IT risk\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPMP certification is highly desirable, particularly for candidates interested in supporting program/project management of complex CMMC implementations\n\nExperience with Organizational Change Management (OCM) in cybersecurity or compliance programs\n\nFamiliarity with GRC tools and compliance platforms\nDemonstrated experience with CMMC gap assessments and remediation planning\n\nKnowledge of NIST 800-171 and other relevant frameworks\n\nStrong process documentation and technical writing skills\n\nWho We are:\nAlluvionic is a woman-owned, 8(a) certified solutions provider of project management and process improvement services.
