We provide Project Assurance® for every project and are looking for a Senior Project Manager who can help us successfully manage and grow our portfolio of federal programs while strengthening customer relationships and supporting the company's continued growth.\nJob Summary\nAlluvionic is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager who enjoys building strong customer relationships, driving operational excellence, and helping shape business growth. In this role, you'll lead a portfolio of Federal Government contracts while partnering with business development, capture, and operations teams to support the full contract lifecycle, from opportunity pursuit and proposal development to contract execution and customer success. This position offers the opportunity to influence company strategy, mentor project management staff, strengthen customer partnerships, and help drive the continued growth of our federal portfolio.\nResponsibilities\nContracts & Program Operations\nLead the contract administration function across awarded contracts.\nOversee contract modifications, option periods, renewals, recertifications, and compliance requirements.\nEnsure contract deliverables, reporting requirements, and customer obligations are fulfilled.\nManage customer-facing contract administration and business opportunity procurement portals and reporting systems.\nMaintain visibility into contract performance, risks, and deadlines.\nCoordinate subcontract administration activities.\nOpportunity Shaping, Capture, and Transition SupportPartner with Business Development and Capture teams to identify, shape, qualify, bid, win, and transition business opportunities from pursuit to execution.\nSupport pipeline management, proposal development , pre-award planning, and successful post-award phase-in.\nHelp identify recompetes, contract expansions, and growth opportunities within existing programs and for new customers.\nProgram Management LeadershipProvide oversight and guidance to Project Managers and Program Managers.\nEstablish project management standards, reporting processes, and governance.\nReview project health, schedules, risks, budgets, and staffing plans.\nDrive consistency across deliverables, customer communications, and project execution.\nCustomer ManagementMaintain strong relationships with customers and contracting offices.\nMonitor customer satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.\nResolve escalated customer concerns and operational issues.\nCoordinate with Business Development regarding account management strategies.\nOperational ExcellenceDevelop processes that improve contract management, reporting, onboarding, and customer service.\nImplement metrics and dashboards to track portfolio performance.\nSupport executive leadership with strategic planning and operational decision-making.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, federal regulations, and customer requirements.\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Contracts, Operations, or related discipline.\n10+ years of demonstrated experience in Federal Government contracting in both Business Growth (winning contracts) and Program Execution (services delivery).\nExperience managing a pipeline of multi-million-dollar deals and building relationships with agency clients.\nExperience with proposal support, capture activities, or business development collaboration, including development of past performance citations, staffing solutions, and pricing strategies.\nExperience managing execution of contracts, task orders, IDIQs, GWACs, or large professional services programs, specifically, GSA MAS, OASIS, and/or OASIS+;
