As a Property Management Coordinator, you’re the connective tissue between tenants, owners, vendors, and the property management team, keeping records current, requests moving, and deadlines met, all from wherever you’re working. If you need constant oversight to stay on track, this isn’t it.\nBut if you’re the type who’s organized without being told to be, who stays calm when three things go wrong at once, and who takes pride in a clean, accurate record no one has to double-check, we want to hear from you. You’ll be working with a high-performing, international remote team that takes the work seriously and each other seriously too.\nKey Responsibiliti\nTenant, Owner & Vendor Support\nRespond to tenant, owner, and vendor inquiries via phone, email, and text in a timely, professional manner.\nAssist with lease renewals, coordinating communication between tenants and owners to ensure deadlines are met.\nTrack rent payments, send reminders, and follow up with delinquent tenants.\nMaintenance & Turnover Coordination\nManage maintenance requests from intake to resolution, ensuring updates are communicated and records are kept current.\nSupport property turnovers by coordinating vendors, inspections, and unit readiness.\nLeasing, Records & Reporting\nConduct pricing comps and assist with market analysis to support leasing strategy.\nMaintain and update tenant and property records in platforms such as AppFolio and Google Sheets.\nGenerate and review reports related to maintenance, turnovers, and tenant satisfaction.\nStay aligned with company processes, policies, and compliance standards.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nSuccess in this role looks like a portfolio that runs smoothly because you’re on top of it:\nTenants, owners, and vendors get fast, professional responses, not delayed or dropped ones.\nMaintenance requests move cleanly from intake to resolution, with records that are accurate and current.\nLease renewals and turnovers happen on schedule, with nothing missed at the deadline.\nProperty and tenant records in AppFolio and Google Sheets are trustworthy enough that the rest of the team can rely on them without double-checking.\nProperty Management Coordinators who consistently deliver at this level don’t stay in this seat forever.
