Our flagship platform, Genesis, provides a powerful foundation for lotteries worldwide, featuring:\n Player Account Management (PAM) for secure and seamless player experiences\n Draw-Based Games (DBG) for classic lottery draws\nNexus Aggregator & Apollo RGS for e-Instants and Fast Play™ games\nWeb & mobile applications for an enhanced and modern user experience\nCommand Admin Portal for streamlined operations\nOptex Promotions to reward and engage players\nWith a focus on cloud-based technologies, AI-driven analytics, and responsible gaming, we empower lotteries to reach new players, expand engagement, and achieve sustainable growth in an evolving digital landscape.\nAt Allwyn Lottery Solutions, you’ll be part of a forward-thinking, collaborative, and innovative team that is shaping the future of iLottery.\nThe Project Manager is responsible for managing defined projects or workstreams, ensuring clear planning, coordination and delivery across teams and stakeholders.\nThis role focuses on:\nMaintaining clear project plans and timelines.\nDriving alignment and coordination across functions.\nManaging risks, dependencies and governance.\nProviding visibility on progress, decisions and next steps.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Planning, Delivery & Control\nOwn and maintain clear project plans, milestones, scope and timelines.\nTrack progress and ensure plans remain realistic and actionable.\nMonitor delivery health, manage risks, dependencies and changes.\nSupport impact assessment and maintain control over scope and priorities.\nCross-Functional Coordination & Execution\nCoordinate across Product, Engineering, Delivery and other stakeholders.\nIdentify dependencies, resolve blockers and drive actions to completion.\nEnsure alignment across teams and maintain delivery momentum.\nMobilisation, Governance & Reporting\nSupport shaping and structuring work before execution.\nRun governance, maintain RAID logs and ensure follow-through on actions.\nProvide clear reporting on status, risks, decisions and next steps.\nStakeholder Management & Communication\nBuild strong relationships across teams and functions.\nFacilitate meetings, workshops and planning sessions.\nCommunicate clearly and support informed decision-making.\nRequirements\nExperience & Qualifications\n5+ years of experience managing technology projects, workstreams or delivery initiatives across complex, multi-team environments, ideally within the lottery, gaming or wider technology sectors.\nProven experience managing project plans, governance, RAID and delivery reporting in technology-led environments.\nExperience coordinating work across multiple teams, functions and stakeholders.\nStrong track record of maintaining delivery control, momentum and follow-through across defined scopes of work.\nExperience working across Agile, hybrid and phased delivery environments.\nGood understanding of project governance, dependency management, milestone tracking and change control.\nStrong working knowledge of project and delivery management tooling, including the ability to manage plans, dependencies, RAID and reporting using tools such as MS Project, Jira and Confluence.\nExperience operating in regulated, high-accountability or enterprise environments is advantageous.\nRelevant certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, CAPM or equivalent are desirable.\nKey Competencies\nStrong planning and coordination skills.\nAbility to manage complexity and competing priorities.\nEffective stakeholder management and influencing skills.\nClear and structured communication.\nProactive, organised and results-oriented approach.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical thinking.\nBenefits\nAt Allwyn LS, we know that great delivery starts with great people.
