It uses modern AI-assisted development tools, including Cursor and agentic coding workflows, to build, extend, and improve the system quickly.\n\nPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nSalesforce Development\n\nDevelop and maintain custom functionality in Apex, including classes, triggers, and batch, queueable, and scheduled jobs.\n\nBuild user-facing components with Lightning Web Components and write efficient SOQL/SOSL.\n\nDesign and maintain Flows, custom objects, fields, validation rules, and page layouts, and know when declarative tools are a better fit than code.\n\nExtend and customize managed packages, including Revenova TMS and Accounting Seed, without breaking upgrade paths.\n\nWrite well-tested, bulkified code that respects governor limits and meets or exceeds coverage standards.\n\nParticipate in technical design and solution architecture for new applications and data models.\n\nApplication Support\n\nTroubleshoot production issues, debug Apex and Flow failures, and resolve defects.\n\nPerform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.\n\nManage sandboxes, source control, and deployments to production.\n\nMonitor org health, maintain security and permission models, and reduce technical debt.\n\nSystems Integration & Automation\n\nBuild and maintain integrations between Salesforce and Microsoft 365/Entra, Slack, ZoomInfo, and other enterprise systems.\n\nWork with the Salesforce REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs, Platform Events, and Named Credentials.\n\nKeep data accurate and in sync across connected systems.\n\nAI Engineering & Continuous Improvement\n\nUse Cursor, Salesforce's AI tooling, and agentic coding workflows to speed up development.\n\nEvaluate emerging AI-assisted engineering capabilities and set secure, maintainable best practices.\n\nMaintain a prioritized backlog and deliver iterative improvements that raise usability and adoption.\n\nQuality Assurance & Documentation\n\nPerform testing and support UAT before deployment.\n\nMaintain technical documentation, org configuration notes, and release history.\n\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\n\nHands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL.\n\nStrong command of Salesforce declarative tools, especially Flow, and judgment about when to use code instead.\n\nWorking knowledge of governor limits, bulkification, the security and sharing model, and Apex testing.\n\nExperience deploying with Salesforce DX/CLI and Git-based source control.\n\nExperience integrating Salesforce with external systems through REST APIs.\n\nExperience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar.\n\nStrong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills.\n\nAbility to independently manage a production org and its enhancements in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment.\n\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical work into plain language.\n\nComfortable using a tool such as Linear to track feedback, issues, and delivery status.\n\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\n\nSalesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.\n\nExperience with Revenova TMS, Accounting Seed, or other logistics and accounting managed packages.\n\nExperience with Salesforce CI/CD tooling such as Gearset, Copado, or GitHub Actions.\n\nExperience with prompt engineering and agentic coding workflows.\n\nExperience with JavaScript/TypeScript web development outside Salesforce, including Replit.\n\nFamiliarity with Microsoft 365, Slack, Entra, ZoomInfo, and logistics technology
