Our comprehensive onboarding and training approach will support and prepare you to provide the best possible service to our staff and clients!\nYour Day-to-Day Responsibilities:\nManaging communication with the parents and families enrolled in our program\nOnboarding new clients and hosting center tours\nManaging and approving sick leave and vacation requests for employees\nValidating the accuracy of center schedules\nHolding clinicians accountable for submitting session notes within 24 hours\nEnsuring that clinical note audits occur to maintain accuracy of billing\nMaintaining employee certifications and credentials\nDocument management, both for clients and employees\nEnsuring adherence to budget requirements for center purchases\nCommunicating with the insurance and billing department regarding client insurance authorizations\nCommunicating with the talent acquisition department regarding any resignations or staffing needs\nMaintaining and recognizing staff birthdays and organizing team-building events\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to sit on the floor, kneel, crawl, squat, run or stand for extended periods of time\nAbility to reach and hold objects\nAbility to lift 30 pounds\nWhat You Will Bring:\nOur ideal candidate is an energetic, outgoing person who can inspire staff on both good and bad days.\nYou are comfortable wearing different hats!\nDetail oriented and a meticulous note taker.\nYou are compassionate and have a high EQ - we work with families who have children with developmental delays.
