# Behavior Technician (BT / RBT)

Ally Behavior is a full-time, center-based, early intervention Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy program, serving children with autism ranging from 18 months to 6 years of age. Our mission is to deliver the highest quality therapy to help our early learners reach their potential to communicate, improve social skills, and prepare for academic success. The children we serve are at the heart of everything we do and we are passionate about our commitment to having a meaningful impact in the lives of our children and their families. Help young kids with autism find their voice, and build a career doing it. As a Behavior Technician at Ally Behavior Centers, you’ll use one-on-one play and ABA therapy to help young children with autism communicate, connect, and gain independence. You’ll be the person a child looks for when they walk in the door. Unlike many ABA jobs, you won’t drive from house to house. Every session happens in our center, with a set schedule and BCBAs, SLPs and OTs on-site. Many ABA jobs pay hourly, and only for sessions that happen. You’re salaried, so your paycheck stays the same even when a client cancels. No ABA experience needed. This is an entry-level clinical
