The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting customers, handling their inquiries and requests, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience throughout their journey with Alma Development.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints through phone calls, messages, emails, and face-to-face communication.\n• Provide customers with accurate information regarding their units, payments, procedures, and related services.\n• Follow up on customer requests and complaints until they are properly resolved.\n• Coordinate with relevant internal departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.\n• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, requests, complaints, and follow-ups.\n• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.\n• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate complex cases when required.\n• Follow up with customers regarding required documents, payments, appointments, and procedures.\n• Support handover and after-sales activities when required.\n• Prepare regular updates and reports on customer requests, complaints, and pending cases.\n• Ensure compliance with Alma Development’s customer service standards, policies, and procedures.\nRequirements\n• Female candidates only.\n• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.\n• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, or a related field are welcome to apply.\n• Real estate experience is a plus.\n• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.\n• Professional, patient, and customer-oriented.\n• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.\n• Good command of English.\n• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.\n• Ability to coordinate effectively with different
