The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable real estate opportunities while delivering a professional customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming leads and communicate with potential clients through calls, messages, and meetings. Understand clients’ needs, preferences, and budgets to recommend suitable properties. Present Alma Development’s projects, units, payment plans, and available opportunities professionally. Conduct sales presentations, client meetings, and property visits when required. Follow up consistently with prospective clients throughout the sales process. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support long-term customer satisfaction. Negotiate with clients and work toward successfully closing sales.
