The ideal candidate will be a confident, hands-on people leader with extensive experience in pharmaceutical operations and strong GMP mind-set.\nFurther details can be found in the attached Job Description.\nKey Skills Required include:\nLeadership and Organisation\nCommunication\nAnalytical\nInitiative and Teamwork\nQualifications Required:\nDegree level qualification, or significant experience working in a similar role at a senior level\nExperience Required:\nManagement experience in a Manufacturing or Packaging operation.\nExperience of working in a pharmaceutical environment or regulatory environment\nExperience of performance management including use of OEE and variance reporting\nDevelopment of shift management teams and structures\nExposure to the end customer and routine client interaction\nAdditional Requirements:\nApplicants must be eligible to work in the UK\nThis role may require coverage beyond normal working hours.
