In this hands-on role, you will design, develop, and maintain study-specific solutions, supporting projects from initial system delivery through change requests, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance. Working independently, you will develop study components in line with Almac coding standards, SOPs, and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) requirements, while building expertise across key systems and tools such as IXRS3 and Azure DevOps (ADO).\nYou will investigate and troubleshoot study-related technical issues, carrying out root cause analysis where required and collaborating with specialist support teams to identify and resolve underlying causes. The role also includes coordinating change requests, carrying out ad hoc data extractions to support clients, and collaborating with Application Support, Database Administration, and Infrastructure teams to deliver system-wide solutions. In addition, you will support and enhance internal development tools, create solutions that improve platform efficiency and reliability, and contribute to regulatory, client, and internal audits.
