Working within a regulated GxP environment, you will help ensure critical systems remain available, validated and appropriately documented. You will diagnose and resolve technical issues, provide onsite and remote support, maintain approved hardware and software, and support laboratory platforms including Waters, Agilent, Empower and Citrix environments. Working closely with vendors and internal Quality and Validation teams, you will ensure activities are completed in line with approved procedures, change control, validation and data integrity requirements.
