In 2025, Almarai reported net income of SAR 2.4 billion on sales of SAR 22 billion.\nAn aggressive expansion program together with acquisitions in new vertical markets have created an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic multinational team dedicated to furthering growth plans for the group.\nThe Opportunity\nWe are seeking an experienced Divisional Engineering Manager to lead the engineering function across Almarai's large-scale dairy farming operations in Al Kharj, Saudi Arabia.\nThis senior leadership role is responsible for developing and executing the engineering strategy to ensure the reliability, efficiency, safety, and performance of critical infrastructure supporting milk production. The successful candidate will lead multidisciplinary engineering teams responsible for electrical distribution systems, industrial refrigeration and ammonia plants, water treatment facilities, utilities, generators, and agricultural machinery.\nBased at one of the world's largest integrated dairy farming operations, this position is in a remote farming environment in Al Kharj, approximately 100 km southeast of Riyadh. The role offers a unique opportunity to lead critical engineering operations within a highly specialized, large-scale agricultural and industrial setting.\nThe role will oversee engineering projects, drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs, manage engineering budgets and spare parts inventory, and ensure compliance with Almarai's Health & Safety standards and international engineering operations.\nRequirements:\nBachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related Engineering discipline\nProfessional Engineering qualification preferred\nQualified in Electrical Installation Standards (16th Edition or equivalent international standard)\nMinimum 15 years of progressive engineering and maintenance experience within a large industrial environment.\nProven experience leading
