As a key member of the marketing team, you will have the opportunity to influence business strategy, shape the innovation pipeline, and contribute to the long-term success of a market-leading nutrition business.\nQualifications & Competencies:\nBachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, Pharmacy, Marketing, or a related field.\nAt least 7 years of managerial experience in marketing, innovation, brand management, or category management within Infant Nutrition, Clinical Nutrition, Healthcare, Food Supplements, or Health & Wellness categories.\nProven success in driving product innovation, launching new products, and developing consumer-focused growth strategies.\nStrong commercial, consumer, and trade marketing capabilities, with the ability to work effectively across Sales, Medical, R&D, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.\nExperience with leading nutrition or healthcare companies or similar organizations is highly desirable.
