departments by facilitate/keeping updates with the ongoing T&L Projects documentation requirements/requisitions.\nKey responsibilities:\nReview project quotations and raise purchase requisitions accordingly.\nMonitor project purchase orders and proactively follow up with Central Procurement.\nTrack purchase requisitions in the system and ensure timely follow-up.\nCoordinate with Engineering Stores to process GRNs and service entries for completed work.\nLiaise with HO Shared Services regarding invoices for completed projects.\nCoordinate with HO Finance on new and exceptional CAPEX approvals and process approved orders in the system.\nCoordinate monthly project performance reviews and Health & Safety meetings.\nArrange visit visas for foreign consultants and engineers.\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in BA or a related field.\n0-2 Years Experience in project management.\nGood knowledge of Project Management for systems and process (IT Related)
