This is a critical managerial role responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of plant engineering, utilities, and maintenance functions within a high-volume food manufacturing environment.\nThe successful candidate will bring strong technical depth, hands-on operational experience, and the ability to lead teams in delivering world-class engineering performance.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree (B.E. / B.Tech) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution\nMinimum 10 years of hands-on experience across maintenance and engineering roles within FMCG or food manufacturing \nAt least 5 years in a leadership or similar managerial position, ideally within dairy or food processing environments\nStrong exposure to utilities operations, maintenance, and energy optimization programs\nPractical experience in processing plants within dairy or food sectors\nExposure to packaging technologies (Tetra Pak, SIG, KHS) is an added advantage\nProven track record in implementing continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, TPM, Six Sigma)\nIf you meet the qualifications and are looking for a challenging opportunity in a dynamic industry, please apply now.
