About the Role: To ensure updated, timely and accurate information and data / documents availability on analysis and testing results from birds on process to finished product.
Potential candidates must meet the requirements mentioned below:
- To hold a bachelor’s degree in microbiology, Meat /Poultry Science or related discipline and HACCP Certification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Microbiology, Meat / Poultry Industryenvironment in the same role.
- Strong written and spoken of English.
- Computer literate MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Ability to determine percent error, variance, standard deviations, correlation and regressions, and dilution calculations.
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment and methods and make recommendations for corrective action.
- Excellent in both oral and written Communication skills
- Fluent in Microbiology analytical methodologies, techniques and procedures. 6. Ability to effectively lead and manage teams
- Ability to multi-task and work quickly while maintaining accuracy.
- Ability to effectively educate and train employees.
- Good in Leader-follower relationship, a Team player and with high moral values..
