You will design and govern target data and enterprise architectures for our clients across heterogeneous, multi-vendor environments, while leveraging Arago’s SAP expertise as a strong entry point when relevant.\nLocation: Paris / Hybrid\nOccasional business travel depending on client and project needs\n As an Enterprise Architect - Data & AI, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering high-value architecture engagements for our clients.\nYou will be responsible for defining target architectures, leading architecture audits and roadmaps, supporting business data use cases, and ensuring the consistency and quality of solutions delivered across client missions.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nLead client data and enterprise architecture audits\nDefine target architectures such as Data Mesh, Data Fabric, Lakehouse and AI-ready architectures\nWork hands-on with business lines to understand data use cases, gather needs and present recommendations to decision-makers\nDesign vendor-agnostic integration and data architectures across heterogeneous environments, including cloud, ERP, HRIS, integration and BI platforms\nLeverage strong knowledge of the SAP ecosystem, including SuccessFactors, S/4HANA and BDC, while remaining technology-agnostic\nEmbed Agentic AI as a strategic horizon in client engagements, assessing feasibility, guardrails and compliance\nSet architecture standards, governance principles and design-review practices reusable across client missions\nProduce architecture deliverables such as High-Level Designs, Architecture Decision Records, roadmaps and technical specifications\nEnsure data governance, observability, security and GDPR / nLPD compliance within target architectures\nStay at the forefront of Data & AI technologies and contribute to the development of reusable assets and expertise within the Data Line of Business\nYou will also have a leadership role within the Data LoB:\nLead, coach and develop Lead Integration Architects and Solution Architects\nAllocate and prioritize architecture resources across deals and missions\nSecure delivery quality and consistency across engagements\nSupport complex project arbitrations and technical escalations\nContribute to the development and structuring of Arago’s Data & AI architecture offering\nYou may also be involved in:\nPre-sales activities and client demonstrations\nQualification of opportunities and scoping of offers, including Data Architecture 360\nEstimation and staffing of architecture engagements\nCollaboration with Sales, Pre-sales, Delivery and technology partners\nDevelopment of thought leadership, reusable methodologies and internal best practices\n Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or a related field\nSignificant experience in Data Architecture, Enterprise Architecture or Solution Architecture\nStrong experience in consulting or client-facing environments\nProven ability to design target architectures across complex, multi-vendor environments\nStrong knowledge of data architecture patterns such as Data Mesh, Data Fabric and Lakehouse\nSolid understanding of cloud environments, ideally AWS, Azure and/or GCP\nExperience with integration platforms and iPaaS solutions such as Boomi or equivalent\nGood understanding of BI ecosystems, including Power BI or equivalent tools\nKnowledge of AI / ML concepts, including LLM frameworks, RAG and Agentic AI approaches\nStrong understanding of data governance, observability, security and regulatory topics such as GDPR / nLPD\nSAP ecosystem knowledge is a strong asset, especially SAP SuccessFactors, S/4HANA or BDC\nCloud certifications are highly desirable\nSAP certification is appreciated\nFluency in French and
