You work hands-on with a small, high-ownership team. You own these end to end.\nWhat You'll Own\nRanking and personalisation systems that reach the right users in real time\n\nReward and payout infrastructure balancing user motivation, cost, and business value\n\nBehavioural prediction through time-series and sequence systems\n\nMeasurement and validation using A/B testing, causal inference, uplift modelling\n\nML infrastructure: pipelines, training loops, serving, monitoring\n\nTechnical leadership and mentorship on shipping discipline and impact\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nShipped production systems end to end, from formulation through impact measurement\n\nFull-stack capability: data pipeline to live serving to monitoring and decay\n\nCausal thinking: propensity scoring, instrumental variables, contextual bandits, uplift modelling\n\nScale experience: built systems handling high-volume behavioural datasets and real-time inference\n\nPublished work or equivalent research discipline\n\nBuilder's mindset: energised by shipping.
