This role is responsible for coordinating the daily schedules and routes of our Plant Health Care and Lawn Care Technicians to ensure efficient service delivery and an exceptional customer experience.\nThe Routing Coordinator serves as the primary communication link between our customers, field technicians, and office team. Responsibilities include building and optimizing daily routes, communicating with customers regarding upcoming services, supporting technicians with scheduling and service-related information, and maintaining accurate records within our database. The successful candidate will develop a strong understanding of our services and play a vital role in supporting operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.\nWhat You’ll Do(included but not limited to):\nBuild, manage, and optimize daily routes and schedules for Plant Health Care and Lawn Care Technicians based on geography, workload, weather conditions, and crew availability.\nCommunicate with customers by phone and email regarding upcoming service appointments, scheduling requests, reschedules, and general service inquiries.\nServe as the primary point of contact for technicians, providing information related to customer properties, service history, work orders, materials, and special instructions.\nReview completed work orders, enter service data into company systems, and maintain accurate customer and operational records.\nCoordinate equipment, materials, inventory, and vehicle logistics to ensure crews are prepared for scheduled work.\nCollaborate with managers and field staff to prioritize work, adjust schedules, address service issues, and maximize operational efficiency.\nSupport billing, payment processing, accounts receivable activities, reporting, and general administrative functions.\nDeliver exceptional customer service by assisting callers, walk-in clients, and internal team members while helping to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.\nAssist with database maintenance, customer follow-ups, contract administration, and other duties as assigned.\nRequirements\nExcellent communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach.\nStrong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.\nProven customer service experience and the ability to build positive client relationships.\nStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite;
