This role involves overseeing daily operations implementing security policies supporting end users and ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal policies.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nMicrosoft 365 Services & Security\n\nPerform daily operational tasks including creating modifying and deleting M365 user accounts.\n\nAdminister Microsoft Defender to protect against external threats such as phishing emails and malware.\n\nManage Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies to prevent accidental leaks or sharing of sensitive information.\n\nImplement and maintain security policies across M365 services including MultiFactor Authentication (MFA) and Conditional Access.\n\nOversee directory synchronization and resolve issues related to Azure AD Connect (formerly Entra ID Connect).\n\nManage endpoint security policies using Microsoft Intune ensuring compliance with internal security standards.\n\nAssign remove and manage M365 licenses.\n\nCreate and manage groups within the M365 ecosystem.\n\nControl user file permissions assigned roles and access across Microsoft 365 services.\n\nTroubleshoot M365 servicerelated issues including user access problems service outages and application errors.\n\nProvide technical support to end users and address M365related queries or problems.\n\nMonitor service health and performance of Microsoft 365 systems.\n\nGenerate and maintain regular system update and change reports.\n\nCollaborate with IT teams such as network administrators and cybersecurity teams to ensure seamless integration of M365 services.\n\nCommunicate and coordinate with service providers for advanced support and continuous improvement.\n\nManageEngine PAM360\n\nSecure and manage privileged accounts by enforcing password management and access control policies.\n\nMonitor and analyze logs and activities related to sensitive accounts to ensure security compliance.\n\nInvestigate operational issues related to access management and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.\n\nPrepare regular compliance reports and provide recommendations for enhancing security posture.\n\nRequirementsQualifications:\n\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration and cloud security.\n\nStrong handson experience with Microsoft Intune Azure AD Connect and Microsoft Defender.\n\nDeep understanding of Microsoft 365 security features such as MFA Conditional Access and DLP.\n\nProven experience with Privileged Access Management solutions preferably ManageEngine PAM360.\n\nProficient in troubleshooting technical issues and collaborating with crossfunctional IT teams.\n\nExcellent communication skills and ability to produce clear documentation and reports.\n\nRelevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert Security Administrator Associate) are a plus.\n\nStrong understanding of identity and access management especially within cloud environments.\n\nExcellent communication and reporting skills. \n\nObjective for the Solution Architect: To architect and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive IT infrastructure, specializing in Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and endpoint management.
