The role involves managing and maintaining the Clients network and security\ninfrastructure ensuring the stability performance and security of daily network operations remotely.\nRequired Skills\nTechnical Skills\n Strong experience with Cisco networking technologies (Catalyst 9300/9500 Nexus 9000 C8300 Routers).\n Hands-on experience managing Palo Alto and Fortinet firewalls.\n Solid understanding of LAN WAN MPLS VPN TCP/IP VLANs STP OSPF BGP and routing protocols.\n Experience administering Cisco Wireless Controllers (9800 WLC) and Access Points.\n Experience with Cisco Catalyst Center or similar network monitoring solutions.\n Knowledge of network security best practices and firewall policy management.\n Ability to troubleshoot complex network connectivity and performance issues.\n Experience with high availability (HA) redundancy and disaster recovery concepts.\n Familiarity with enterprise monitoring and logging tools.\nSoft Skills\n Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.\n Excellent communication and documentation skills (Arabic and English).\n Ability to work independently in a remote environment.\n Strong vendor management and coordination skills.\n Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.\n Ability to balance Client requirements with the outsourcing companys internal processes.\nRequirementsQualifications\nBachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.\n 45 years of enterprise networking experience.\n CCNP Enterprise certification preferred.\n Palo Alto PCNSA/PCNSE or Fortinet NSE certification is an advantage.\nAdditional Notes Outsourcing Model\n Availability to work on a shift basis may be required depending on the Clients operational needs.\n Signing a Client-specific Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is required in addition to the contract with the\noutsourcing company.\n Performance is evaluated jointly and periodically by both the outsourcing company and the Client\nRequired Skills:\nQualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. 45 years of enterprise networking experience.
