Were always striving to learn more expand our skills and grow our teammates\nPrimary Focused Domain(s): Microsoft 365 Exchange Active Directory EMS Teams\nPresenting and demonstrating Anahitas services to customers.\n\nBuild scope of work/low level technical scope based on the business requirements.\n\nDeliver regional technical implementations and solution design within Anahita services on customers sites and remotely.\n\nProvide support troubleshooting and solutions to complex problems. This involves dealing with difficult situations including complaint handling sensitive customers and mission critical support.\n\nConduct proactive services with clients through Risk Assessments Health Checks Code Reviews or other similar offerings.\n\nReactive and 24x7 Critical Situations support: Reactive services which address the most critical customer issues.\n\nAd hoc Services: Short and time limited engagements focused on customer specific issue remediation or support (e.g. Chalk Talks).\n\nWorkshops and Training: Deliver technical training for customer knowledge transfer and for helping customers to consume their products and services.\n\nImproving the overall customer experience serving as the customer advocate within Anahita and playing a key role in assisting our clients to maximize their investment in Technology.\n\nDeliver solutions related documentations that could include scope of work / user manual.\n\nParticipating in building Anahita s technical content library. Ex. Knowledge base and other technical contents.\n\nAssist in representing Anahita in any forum (i.e. seminars technical or marketing conferences event)\n\nMentor other team members on deployed solutions and best practices.\n\nPerform other related duties as assigned\n\nRequirementsCandidate Experience: \nTo excel in this position you will need to:\nCertification Requirements:\nBachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent.\n\nMicrosoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate\n\nMicrosoft 365 Identity and Services\n\nMicrosoft 365 Mobility and Security\n\nMicrosoft 365 Messaging\n\nMicrosoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert\n\nTechnical Skills:\nExperience in same or similar technology: 5 (Microsoft 365 Microsoft Active directory Microsoft Exchange SharePoint Enterprise Mobility and Security Windows Virtual Desktop)\n\nExperience being involved in different types of solution implementations\n\nGood technical background with the ability to discuss architecture hardware and software.\n\nExperience across different industry sectors.\n\nGood Experience with System center configuration manager.\n\nIT networking skills and experience\n\nExcellent understanding of Microsoft Modern workplace and Microsoft Security.\n\nPersonal Skills:\nHigh sense of responsibility and ownership acting like owner in what you do.\n\nExceptional communication and presentation skills\n\nBeing able to work on their own or in a team\n\nBeing able to work to tight deadlines\n\nAbility to maintain composure during stressful
