and maintaining Active Directory including user account management group policy administration and domain security configurations.\n\nKnowledge of AD replication trusts and DNS integration.\n\nMicrosoft Exchange Server Administration:\n\nExperience in administering Microsoft Exchange Server including mailbox management email flow optimization and configuration of security policies.\n\nProficiency in troubleshooting emailrelated issues and ensuring seamless communication flow.\n\nAudit and Compliance Management:\n\nProficient in monitoring AD for audit and compliance purposes including tracking user activity login attempts and securityrelated changes.\n\nFamiliarity with tools like Microsoft Advanced Threat Analytics (ATA) or other auditing solutions.\n\nWindows Server Administration:\n\nDeep understanding of Windows Server architecture including installation configuration and troubleshooting.\n\nExperience in applying security patches hotfixes and updates to ensure system integrity and security.\n\nBackup and Disaster Recovery:\n\nProven expertise in managing backup processes disaster recovery strategies and ensuring recoverability of critical data for AD Exchange and Windows servers.\n\nExperience with backup software and technologies (e.g. Veeam Acronis or Windows Server Backup).\n\nLinux Server Administration:\n\nKnowledge of Linux server administration including system updates performance monitoring and basic troubleshooting.\n\nAbility to open and track support tickets with vendor support teams for issue resolution.\n\nSecurity and Access Control:\n\nExperience enforcing access control policies managing user permissions privileged accounts and security groups.\n\nKnowledge of rolebased access control (RBAC) and identity management principles.\n\nPerformance Monitoring and Optimization:\n\nExperience with monitoring the performance of Windows and Linux servers identifying potential bottlenecks and optimizing resources.\n\nFamiliarity with monitoring tools such as System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) Nagios or SolarWinds.\n\nTroubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis:\n\nExpertise in troubleshooting system failures connectivity issues and service outages across various systems.\n\nAbility to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.\n\nHigh Availability and Business Continuity:\n\nStrong understanding of business continuity strategies including failover solutions highavailability setups and disaster recovery planning.\n\nExperience with clustering technologies and solutions such as SQL Server Always On Windows Failover Clustering or other HA setups.\n\nSoft Skills:\n\nProblemSolving:\n\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills to address complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.\n\nAttention to Detail:\n\nAbility to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail especially when configuring security settings auditing user activities and applying patches.\n\nCommunication:\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills to document processes generate reports and communicate effectively with both Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate Microsoft 365 Identity and Services Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security Microsoft 365 Messaging Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert Technical Skills: Experience in same or similar technology: 5+ (Microsoft 365, Microsoft Active directory, Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, Enterprise Mobility and Security, Windows Virtual Desktop) Experience being involved in different types of solution implementations Good technical background with the ability to discuss architecture, hardware and software.
