Risk Management

  • Assess transportation and cold chain risks for assigned lanes, products, or logistics scenarios
  • Support the development of risk-based mitigation plans in partnership with Packaging Engineering, Validation, Quality, and Logistics Operations

  • Collaborate with CMOs, 3PLs, logistics service providers, Quality, Validation, Manufacturing, Clinical Supply, Commercial Supply, and Trade Compliance
  • Support cross-functional decision-making related to transportation design, packaging configuration, lane setup, and shipment readiness

  • Drive improvements in service reliability, cost efficiency, and product protection
  • Analyze shipment performance, lane data, excursion trends, and carrier performance to recommend improvements
  • Evaluate and implement innovative technologies and solutions that enhance logistics performance and visibility
