This role involves supervising inventory staff, conducting regular cycle counts, identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies, and improving inventory management processes. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and multitasking skills, experience in inventory systems, and the ability to lead a team effectively. \nRESPONSIBILITIES: \nSupervise inventory control staff and daily operations in accordance with company policies and procedures. \nMonitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts through cycle counts and physical inventory audits. \nInvestigate and resolve inventory variances or discrepancies in a timely manner. \nOperate material handling equipment (e.g., Order Picker, Turret, Pallet Jack) safely and efficiently to support inventory control tasks. \nGenerate inventory reports and provide analysis to management for decision-making. \nPartner with Product Integrity team to quickly action non-compliant inventory. \nUtilize warehouse management system (WMS) to track and manage inventory movement. \nTrain and evaluate team members on best practices and safety procedures. \nPromote a clean, organized, and hazard free environment. \nCoordinate with Inbound, Returns, and Outbound operations. \nEnsure compliance with internal policies, audits, and regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, FLA, WRAP). \nBe a role model for punctuality, work ethic, and professionalism. \nQUALIFICATIONS: \nAble to stand and walk around for up to 12 hours at a time \nAbility to handle various tools \nWilling to get into scissor lift and work with various heights \nAble to lift 50 pounds \nHigh school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred). \n3+ years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations, with 1+ year in a leadership role. \nStrong understanding of inventory control procedures and best practices. \nProficient in warehouse management systems. \nMicrosoft Suite (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.). \nExperience operating material handling equipment (e.g., Order Picker, Turret, Pallet Jack). \nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. \nAbility to delegate
