Our goal is to be the premier financial technology partner to institutions everywhere.\nThe company is headquartered in Peachtree Corners, GA, with regional teams across the United States.\nJOB SUMMARY:\n\nAs a Partner Operations Analyst,you will help grow and strengthen Alogent’s partner channel through data analysis, partner sales enablement, and reliable partner revenue operations. You will analyze partner performance and pipeline trends, develop dashboards and business recommendations, train and support reseller and referral partners, and coordinate the operational activities required to convert partner opportunities into revenue. Success in this role means balancing recurring partner analytics and reporting, partner revenue operations, and sales enablement projects. Priorities may shift based on partner activity and business needs. This role reports directly to the VP, Business Development.\nThis position is located in our Peachtree Corners, GA, headquarters. This is a hybrid role and will require a minimum of 4 days in the office, with a preference for candidates who can work full-time from the office. visas.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nStrategic Business Analysis\nAnalyze partner performance, pipeline trends, and revenue metrics to identify opportunities for partner revenue growth and market expansion.\nConduct quantitative and qualitative analysis and provide recommendations to the VP, Business Development in support of partner recruitment, onboarding, and retention.\nDevelop partner dashboards, partner performance KPIs, and operational reporting frameworks that provide visibility into partnership health and business impact.\nRegularly present insights, dashboards, and recommendations to the VP, Business Development, company leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders in Product, Marketing, Accounting, Sales, Operations, and Support.\nGo-to-Market & Training\nDevelop partner sales collateral and training materials covering Alogent’s value proposition, prospect qualification, sales messaging, and new product capabilities.\nCoordinate product demos between partners and product teams in support of partner sales.\nEvaluate partner Go-to-Market programs, processes, and workflows and recommend improvements to internal teams and external partners that support growth, efficiency, scalability, and consistent execution.\nGather and analyze partner and client feedback on sales collateral, product capabilities, and processes to identify best practices, emerging needs, and improvement opportunities.\nOperational Excellence\nAccurately and reliably complete time-sensitive partner revenue operations, including purchase order entry and cancellations, license coordination, and related partner communications.\nCoordinate cross-functional partner processes and recommend improvements that increase accuracy, efficiency, scalability, and accountability.\nThe of experience working as a business, operations, or financial analyst, ideally in the financial services industry.\nAbility to analyze and interpret data, identify relevant trends, develop actionable recommendations, and clearly present findings related to partner growth and operational performance.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, IF and related logical functions, conditional formatting, data validation, data cleansing, charting and the ability to maintain data integrity across spreadsheets.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint and Word.\nAbility to use Microsoft 365 Copilot responsibly to support research, summarize information, improve analysis, and accelerate the preparation of business materials.\nExperience entering, maintaining, analyzing, or reporting on account, opportunity, and pipeline data in Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.\nAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environment.\nDetail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to multitask, manage priorities, and consistently follow work through to completion.\nDemonstrated initiative, personal accountability, and motivation to achieve individual and departmental goals.\nExcellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to travel up to 10%.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nUnderstanding of the financial services industry and market landscape, including the ability to assess how changing market conditions affect financial institutions, technology providers, and channel partners\nFamiliarity with technology used in bank and credit union operating environments, including core processing, digital banking, deposit automation, payments, or related financial-technology platforms\nDirect experience using Salesforce for account, opportunity, pipeline, and reporting activities\nExperience working in a SaaS company\nWorking Conditions:\nMust be able
