technical risk, recurring issues, configuration opportunities, and product improvements that can strengthen customer health and value.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn Technical Customer Success: Serve as the primary technical expert for assigned customer accounts, troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring long-term solutions.\nMonitor Customer Health: Proactively identify technical risks, recurring issues, and opportunities to improve system performance and customer satisfaction.\nSupport Launch & Adoption: Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure smooth onboarding, successful
