management and leadership.\n\n- Drive continuous improvement in development practices, including team structure, engineering processes, tooling, security, and compliance.\n\n- Oversee technical vendor relationships to influence roadmap decisions, system capabilities, and alignment with technical and business requirements.\n\n- Recruit, hire, and onboard qualified engineers to strengthen team capabilities and meet evolving project demands.\n\n- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment between engineering delivery, business needs, and technology
