In this role, you'll provide hands-on technical support across the organization - from desktop setup and helpdesk assistance to new employee onboarding on ALOM technology systems - while helping design and document the processes that keep our IT department running smoothly. You'll work closely with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to streamline how we deliver support and meet business needs.\nYou Will Have the Opportunity To\nIn cooperation with other departments, design processes that ensure stakeholder needs are met; create documentation and process flows in accordance with delivery requirements\nGather information and requirements for process design\nAssist in streamlining processes and creating documentation with input from stakeholders and subject matter experts\nCreate documentation as required for development and infrastructure projects\nPerform research as needed for scoping processes and recommending products\nAssist in asset management of both physical and virtual assets\nAssist with day-to-day helpdesk operations and provide support for ALOM operations and ALOM end users\nPerform desktop setup and aid end users\nTrain new employees to understand ALOM Technologies systems\nAssist with miscellaneous tasks and projects as needed\nMaintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations\nSupport cross-functional initiatives and contribute to a collaborative team environment\nYou Will Be Responsible For\nExperience deploying and setting up Microsoft-and Linux-based computers\nProficiency in all systems used by the company, including Microsoft Office 365\nStrong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred\nPreferred Qualifications\nFamiliarity with Exchange Online, Microsoft Entra, and Active Directory administration\nExperience in a supply chain, manufacturing, or distribution environment\nFamiliarity with helpdesk ticketing systems and IT asset management tools\nExperience developing IT process documentation and process flows\nWork Environment & Physical Requirements with occasional work in warehouse areas.
