Salesforce MDM Engineer

We are currently expanding our Data & Analytics practice and looking for Salesforce MDM Engineer (Junior, Mid and Senior) to join international enterprise projects across Europe.

This is an opportunity to work on modern Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, collaborating with global teams in large-scale transformation initiatives focused on data governance, data quality and enterprise data management.

What you'll work on:

• Master Data Management (MDM) solution implementation and configuration
• Data modelling, data governance and data quality initiatives
• Customer, Product, Supplier and Reference Data management
• Data matching, merging and survivorship rule configuration
• Enterprise data integration using APIs, ETL and middleware solutions
• Data migration, cleansing and enrichment projects
• Data stewardship processes and governance frameworks
• Collaboration with international business, data and engineering teams
• Scalable and maintainable enterprise data management solutions

Requirements

Junior:

• 1+ year of experience in Master Data Management, Data Management or a strong academic/project background
• Understanding of MDM concepts, data governance and data quality principles
• Basic knowledge of SQL, relational databases or ETL processes
• Motivation to grow in enterprise data environments
• Good communication skills in English

Mid-Level:

• 3+ years of experience working with MDM or enterprise data management solutions
• Hands-on experience with at least one MDM platform (such as Informatica MDM, Reltio, Semarchy, Profisee, SAP MDG or similar)
• Experience with data modelling, matching and survivorship rules
• Knowledge of APIs, ETL tools and enterprise system integrations
• Understanding of data governance and data quality best practices
• Ability to work autonomously in remote and international environments

Senior:

• 5+ years of experience delivering MDM solutions in enterprise environments
• Strong knowledge of Master Data Management architecture and integration patterns
• Experience designing scalable MDM solutions across multiple business domains
• Experience with enterprise data governance frameworks and data quality initiatives
• Ability to mentor team members and contribute to technical and functional decisions
• Experience working with cross-functional and international teams
